A simple replacement for Mitsubishi’s discontinued Camshaft CAS Adapter (Mitsubishi pert number MD327621)
Some time in the past couple of years, Mitsubishi discontinued their 1997-1999 Camshaft Adapter. This is the cup that bolts the the camshaft and lives inside the cam sensor housing. We get asked about this part so often than we put effort into providing a solution to people. The FTY Racing Cam Sensor Adapter is a nearly 1:1 recreation of the factory part, there are only small differences that do not affect the functionality of it (but they make it slightly easier for us to machine!)
This is brand new, made from Chromoly steel, and ready to bolt into the factory cam sensor housing (or our billet cam sensor housings) and provide the same trigger pattern as the factory part.
Purchasing this, you’ll received one camshaft adapter on its own, it does not include any other parts.
